I am 23 female. I've been working out most of my life. I was active in sports and very active while in the military. For the past 9 months I've been trying to build muscle mass. I've tried many products on the market and even followed a very strict workout routine and diet created by my trainer. Nothing has worked so far. I even put on weight trying to create more muscle. Is there anybody out there that can give me some advice on what to do.
