    Is a full cycle critical for gains?

    i am 6 Foot 3 inches tall, weigh 85kgs and have been hitting the gym 3 times a week for the last 3 years. I am 24, slim build and have spent copious wonga on protein and weightgain shakes. I have always been slim and tall, down to a high motabolism, on top of this i also maintain a healthy nutricous diet. I have only witnessed a slow increase in mass/ size, and with summer ahead i am extremely Curious to join the darkside.
    All i want is professional advice from someone that is interested in helping.

    My question is, is it possible to take an oral steroid like D Bol or anavar only on the days of training. I know this would lead to a decrease in results, compared to a full cycle. I was just curios as to whether this could even be a possibillty for boosted results with minimal side affects. Also can a limited dosage also keep gains easier, after stopping? As i know water retension can dramatically be lost. If you are on a similar wavelength to me, can you sugest the most fitting type of roid, pref oral, if any. Thank you

    Dont take AAS on workout days only plz.

    Wouldn't that lead to unstable blood levels. I just dont see any gains from that idea.

    Let's say you take an oral on your first workout day, now you're shut down for a while and won't produce any of your own test, if you don't continue to take gear on a continual basis until you commence pct then you'll have huge swings in hormone levels and totally screw yourself up... besides you cant just "take orals" you need a testosterone base which means injecting yourself...... also simply taking steroids before summer won't magically make you gain weight, the REAL problem is you're not eating enough and not disciplined enough with your diet. I'm an ectomorph myself and when bulking I can't even lay down without tasting stomach acid becasue I'm constantly so full and the morning is my favorite time of the day because just for a little while before breakfast I don't feel the constant discomfort of being full. Do you take your diet to this level? Then even with gear you won't get very far... taking gear without having your diet in check is like hiring a bunch of construction workers and expecting them to build you a house without any materials..... Food is your construction material for muscle so EAT, if you "cant" eat enough then you're not trying hard enough. Gear can't help you much there... the #1 thing you can do for your body now is to look through the diet section of the forums and learn, gear is not a "magic pill" it only works well when you're doing everything else right, and from what you've written you're not even close to that at this point. More than likely you'll disregard what I said and try gear anyways, and when you do and don't get many results from it, maybe then you'll listen to what everyone says here.

    I'm not encouraging this for the OP, just pointing it out.

    The rest of the post is pretty well spot on.

    Just try to break the meals up through out the day.

    The recommendation is 6 meals.

    If the OP could list his diet in the diet section, that would be of great help.
