Do you take your diet to this level? Then even with gear you won't get very far... taking gear without having your diet in check is like hiring a bunch of construction workers and expecting them to build you a house without any materials..... Food is your construction material for muscle so EAT, if you "cant" eat enough then you're not trying hard enough. Gear can't help you much there... the #1 thing you can do for your body now is to look through the diet section of the forums and learn, gear is not a "magic pill" it only works well when you're doing everything else right, and from what you've written you're not even close to that at this point. More than likely you'll disregard what I said and try gear anyways, and when you do and don't get many results from it, maybe then you'll listen to what everyone says here.
