    Help with joint problems

The main thing that lead to my possible interest in gear is that I have problems with multiple joints. I have been to my doctor and had blood tests which apparently indicate I don't have arthritis.

Problems started a couple of years back with my elbows. It seemed to be tendonitis and I had to stop heavy training like pressing etc. I did take time off but when I stared again the problem returned. A few months ago I started getting knee joint pain too so I can't really train legs properly either now. Well as if that wasn't enough my wrists and shoulders have been giving me pain too.

I use MSN, fish oil, glucosamine and have also used ice. My amateur opinion is that my joints will get better but it may take months of rest. So I then thought what might speed this up? gear?

I did read after some google searches that Deca is recommended. I know I have to learn a lot more about this stuff before trying anything but I would like to hear opinions on what might help or not.

Yes deca can help but it's very suppressive, meaning on of the more difficult drugs to recover from, depending on your age and if you have deep enough pockets, GH is the way to go for joint recovery, I've seen as little as 2 IU's a day help a great deal for some people.

I've also heard deca is great for lubricating joints and chronic aches. Do your research before jumping in. It cannot be taken alone. You need test with it. It is also commonly known to be suppressive and can make for harder recovery during pct in many people.

Ok thanks for the views. So Deca suppresses natural testosterone production right? Would I need to take anything else besides test? I mean I like tits but I don't want a pair of my own. As for recovery what is that likely to be like and would I need anything for this also?

As for the GH well I'm 28. I can't say I have deep pockets. Depends how much we are talking here. I need to read up on this.

If more aas isn't an option (low dose of deca has said to work wonders on joints) but once again once you come off.you're back to square 1

    try.

    fish-oil
    gluscossamine (can't spell)
    Shark cartilage

    all basic stuff.

It has been shown to actually rebuild cartilage to some degree.

Yeah by the looks of it I can't afford it either. So Deca will only help while on it? I was hoping something would permanently help with this. I guess the GH.
