I am looking to do my first cycle and I want some advice as to what to take. I have done a lot of reading and am considering the test e w/ dbol kicker cycle recommended by Anthony. However I am very interested in deca as I have no real need to bulk quickly and am also not concerned with any drug testing. The limited side effects of deca appeal to me as well and I want to know if 400mgs of deca might be a good place to start as an alternative to the test e..plus something else for a kicker? My goal is to gain 20 pounds of good clean muscle mass and maintain it..wanna be 205 and cut. Any experienced advice is appreciated...
INFO: I am 29 and in pretty decent shape. I have been busting my ass in the gym for the last six months coming off a three year break from a shoulder injury..(still did what maintenance I could but it wasn't much).. I worked out religiously for 2 1/2 yrs prior to the injury and off and on most of my life before that..
I'm 5' 8" and 185lbs.. all I take now is creatine, protein, and no xplode off and on..plus all my vitamins of course. I eat way clean and high protein every day, i'm serious about this and i'm ready for my first cycle.. thanks guys.
