Decided to take 1-ad with 4-diol (san) and sterobol (beast). Have put on bout 4-5 lbs and my aggression goes up after a hand full of pills! Just thought id tell u guys incase u wanted advice on good suplements. I cant wait for4 the juice though!

I had great reults with 4-AD and 1-AD taken at 900mg (4AD)/300mg (1AD) ED.

I started with 500mg of 4-diol and 3-400mg of 1-ad. Tomorrow im switching it to 3-400mg of 4-diol, and 5-600 mg of 1-ad. Then im pumpin the juice whenever it finally gets here! (did u get my reply pm?)
