Hiya,
I'm after some advice on my first cycle. Originally, I was going for a D-bol only with Nolvadex and Proviron. Started now to lean towards D-bol with Deca every 5 days. I'm going for an 8 week pyramid cycle. My problem is the more I read and research, the more conflicting stuff I'm coming across.
Ideally, I'd like to hear from someone of a similar age/body type or someone with experience.
I'm nearly 40, 5' 11", 154 lbs, BF 4%, ectomorphic. Been training in the martial arts on and off for 30 years. My diet is already planned out with military precision (I have an HND in Human Nutrition).
