proper biceps injection

Hi guys i was wondering the proper spot to inject in my bi's. on my 4th cycle , have shot in glutes, quads and delts and just wanted to try something else. any help is appreciated.

Pin the outer head of the bicep. I have never done it, and probally never will... but that it what I read on the attempted website

I like using the inner head of my bi. I usually sit down with my arm on my thigh. Then clean the are and inj. It's the only inj that seems to burn a little. If you try and hit arms that same day, the bi gives out quick, but the pump is amazing!
