I want to compete at over 200lbs...I think that would be my best chance of winning.....These Japanese guys over here know how to come in ripped!!!! I am not worried about the americans...no threat really from anyone......

good luck man can't wait for final pics. i had to look twice at your age ( 37!!) damn bro you have put in a lot of hard work; great inspiration. so many kids think AAS are everything i hope someone can see that you have put in a lot of dedication to fitness. cycles are only one piece of the puzzle.
I have two shows lined up for July 10th and 17th. Will be starting my diet this Saturday so I would advise the same thing to you. I am currently doing 35 minutes AM empty stomach cardio and 30 minutes HIIT cardio PWO. HIIT is totally kicking my ass. I am doing 1 minute moderate intensity followed by 1 minute all out high. After about 5 rounds of that I need to start taking 2 and then 3 minute sessions on the low. My HR has been hitting over 180 peaks and isnt going below 150. I will increase the AM cardio at 5 minute intervals every 1-2 weeks and and planning on leaving the HIIT PWO in until 6-8 weeks out then will switch to steady state.
First show I would give yourself a good 16 weeks to be ready.
Very solid.
