I just had my third injection today and am considering stopping the cycle due to painful back acne (started 2 days after first injection) and an elevated resting heart rate (from low fifties to upwards of 70). Whether or not this has anything to do with steroids I have no idea, but I've never been prone to this stuff. I still want to continue because the effects are pretty impressive. 300g of protein/day from clean sources and I'm up 7 pounds in the first week is something I didn't expect.

Also, I had a lymph node flare under my left armpit and had to go on antibiotics. Again, never had that happen before. Things have gone a little awry since injection one. I expected sides of the acne nature, but the heart freaks me out a little. If I were to stop, what's the best way to do it? Should I taper down the dose like I planned towards the end of the cycle or just stop injecting all together and start pct?

Not sure about the heart rate issue. DO check your blood pressure! However if you have gained weight at a fast rate this will increase your heart rate.

7 pounds in the first week of a cycle like that is...well, odd. Those compounds have not yet kicked in...

It might not be Cypionate or Equipoise. Could be really weak Propinate perhaps at 50 or 75 mg/ml.

Speaking form experience, Propinate can elevate your heartbeat and make you flush in the upper chest, neck and head region. It did mine but only initially. This was VERY noticeable when I mixed Prop and Cyp and in the others in my circle who also used this combo.

The bad acne, well, could be you are just prone to it. Some guys get it really bad on even the smallest of doses.

Could be Propinate and the acne is from a massive spike in test levels followed by a rapid decrease...???

Maybe it isn't Propinate either?

...steroids aren't for you. 7lbs is a massive gain in water retention often seen in the first week.

this is a key reason people suggest a test only cycle as ur first. right now there is no way of knowing if its the test or eq, or both or either..

first cycle should be one compound, test only............ then u can add to that as u learn how ur body reacts...

EXACTLY, most people dont want to hear it but thats exactly why we recommend i coumpound to begin with. As Moose said, its your health so its your decision. But you can always try gear later, once your health is gone its a whole nother ballgame.

Get off the EQ! It's causing you to have anxiety-thus an increased heart rate. The acne will improve in time. Don't be paranoid just stay on test and get off EQ as it causes horrible anxiety for some.

Exactly. I'm just surprised he's seeing all this after only one injection? Makes no sense especially with the EQ. EQ takes weeks to fully kick in.

I can't tell you how many times I've heard someone say "My source is legit" Only to find out that's not the case. Either way, I'd stop the cycle and rethink everything.

BTW, you do NOT have to taper down the doses.

I have a hard time believing its the steroids because the body rejects external hormone use until it builds up in the blood plasma then it accepts it as its own basically.

I can't imagine two long ester compounds causing such effects in only two injections. A more probable explanation could be you are allergic to the solution used to mix the hormones (ie. the solvent) or maybe your source is not the best and there are impurities within the hormone that are causing your body to react negatively.

it's been one week, I highly doubt the gear is doing that to you if its cyp and eq
