Yoo guys just discovered the wonder of the omlette!!
I have been using 6 eggs ( 3 whole eggs and 3 egg whites) I use coconut oil to fry the omlette in bcos it is highhhhly nutritional.
Just a plain omlette like this is roughly 20g fat and 50g protei. Give or take a few grams depending on egg size.
U can then bulk up the calories by adding whatever u wish.
