i have a very athletic body that gets cut easily but i beeen having trouble gaining mass.. I eat only 2000 calories a day and was looking to d-bol but wound up gettin jacked... came up on clomid n syringes. got jacked on the hcg entirely- it never came. maybe customs took it but the guy said he sent it. tried the igf lr3 with no results.
It has come to my attention my diet is SHEET. Im going to try to eat more... any suggestions?
tomorrow i plan to start with 3 eggs 2 slices toast. 40 g whey protein milkshake with strawberry nesquick.... hmm - Do sugar calories help?
lunch is sirloin burger with macaroni n cheeze... i hope to fit in a milkshake
dinner is spaghetti n meatballs and milkshake
my goal is to gain 15 pounds in 3-4 months.. only cuz im being realistic but i wish u could gain more than 5 ppounds a month but i got so much bunk gear its not even funny
