    newbie

    so i just now started working out 2-3 months ago and only have time to work out max 5 days per week... usually 4 days p/ week

    I am 155 lbs ,<-me benching 150
    Age 23 - 5'11"
    i have a very athletic body that gets cut easily but i beeen having trouble gaining mass.. I eat only 2000 calories a day and was looking to d-bol but wound up gettin jacked... came up on clomid n syringes. got jacked on the hcg entirely- it never came. maybe customs took it but the guy said he sent it. tried the igf lr3 with no results.
    It has come to my attention my diet is SHEET. Im going to try to eat more... any suggestions?

    tomorrow i plan to start with 3 eggs 2 slices toast. 40 g whey protein milkshake with strawberry nesquick.... hmm - Do sugar calories help?

    lunch is sirloin burger with macaroni n cheeze... i hope to fit in a milkshake

    dinner is spaghetti n meatballs and milkshake

    my goal is to gain 15 pounds in 3-4 months.. only cuz im being realistic but i wish u could gain more than 5 ppounds a month but i got so much bunk gear its not even funny

    so basically im just going to grubb fat for a month work out and let u guys know whats good... shuldda started my own thread yea... imma eat till i feel like im going to explode and down shakes like no tomorrow... i dont think anyone can really give me any advice

    and **** this shyt...look right now i say fruck steroids..if the pro's say im not eating right-watch when i stuff my face for a month and come back.. maybe then i'll be taken a lil more seriously... i get that i was trying to shortcut it with dbol... ill be back

    look im just frustrated cuz in 3 months i got small gains and gained no weight... now i feel like an idiot for not considering my diet before i considered drugs... im just pissed i wasted all that time without eating right

    when I was in my late teens, I trained like a madman and ate like a bird. my mom worked with a man who's son played football for Tulane, he was built as hell. he agreed to work out with me, and told me he would tell me his secret. he said it was all in the diet. I was pissed, I thought he was screwing with me. you have the opportunity to take the advice I dismissed and learned years later, take it.
