I am getting ready to try for a baby in July. I want to have my BMI healthy. Right now it is at 30! I did not think I was that fat. I am 5' 7". Staying around 185 to 200 pounds. I would like to be 135 to 140 pounds. I am 27 years old and will be 28 in June if that makes a difference. I hate working out but am tired of being unhealthy. I want to be the best for my baby and continue to be that way. I am trying to do a cardio and the eliptical machine everyday. For the past week I have done at least one of those a day and about 15 to 20 of it. I know I need to do more. I am just hoping for advise on what I should be doing for the best results.

I have just about everything at my disposal in my house because my husband is a maniak about health and does everything right. To bad I am not like him. I would like to make him proud of having me by his side. He says he is but does not lie to me at the same time. He wants me to be healthy.

I get up in the morning around 6am. I am not hungry in the morning. So I do not eat that meal. I have found that I need to eat that meal everyday. So I will be starting that in the morning.

I usually have a snack for lunch or leftovers from dinner. I am going to make myself eat everyday at lunch as well. And better in that fact.

Dinner, I have made myself go to one serving size of meat. Chicken, steak or hamburger meat. The hamburger meat is 4% or 7% thanks to my hubby. I sometimes have veggies like corn or green beans with it. I have potatoes about once a week and about 1 serving size of it. Dinner is ussually around 6pm but sometimes it is later due to my husband working.

HELP!!!!!
