I know alot of you may take it as a light snack before lights out. But how many of you use the stuf as a major protein source in your diets??

Im talking low fat...very minimal.

Im not a fan when cutting,too much sugar fo me! But ill tell you what is good is some cottage cheese with chocolate protein powder and a scoop of crunchy peanut butter mixed together!![]()

I love the stuff, iv been buying some very light stuff, a smallish pot contains 67g pro, and iv stocked up, i work long hours and seem ideal for protein as a snack. Obv i take my chicken and rice...even though i get looked at somewhat strange
Wish people had a beter insight to it sometimes.
