HELP** Right cheek in pain!!

Ok here is the situation had a pin last friday the 22nd, 325mg test e, 50mg tren a, in same tube (2ml total) i am at the end of my cycle. friday night no pain, saturday starting knotting and cheek became sore. Sunday whole upper part of cheek sore and swollen with a knot. starting rubbing the knot sunday night, as well as monday night.. had a friend (female) massage the knot today but it does not appear to be getting better. Should i start worrying about an infection? i NEVER use the same pin, and use a separate one for drawing, always wipe the top of the bot with alcohol wipe as well as the injection site. I have knotted before but not this bad. Thanks for any advice.

do you have a fever? is it warm to the touch? red?

not red, and it doesnt seem any warmer than my left.. I had a fever sat night but didnt feel that bad normally i cant get out of bed when i have a fever. I felt overall ok just a little chilled thermometer read 101 deg.. but nothing yesterday and today i feel fine.. actually come to think of it last night i did feel a little achy only for a hour or two and it was in the evening.

I never shoot in my cheeks because if sumpin does go wrong it sucks when u cant sit

If it is infection, any recommendations on how to seek medical treatment? Do i tell the doc why i have a infection in my ass?

Not that this will help you now, but next time try warming the gear while it's in the syringe just before injecting. Run it under some hot tap water for a bit. I herd that will help so it doesn't knot up.

Also, if you do run it under water make sure you switch needles before injecting. The water can get on the needle making unsterilized.

you should see my cheek everytime after I inject its nuts it goes all red swollen right up warm to the touch can't sit down at all but in 5 days in starts to dissapear no worries man could be a reaction like I have I have just gotten use to it
