Take half a capsule WTF!!

I got Adex in capsule form. .5 mg per capsule

Guess I cant take 0.25 mg now!!!!!!

0.40 mg 0.10 mg

If u wanna take the time to split the powder up u can split it. I know it sounds gross but u can take a little dab of toilet paper and put half the powder in the middle, pull the corners together and twist. Used to do that with some recreation drugs along time ago.

well thats a tuff decision then and changes everything... my theory with adex is to take as little as possible, enough to do the trick. IMO .5 EOD is right on the edge of too much

.25mg EOD is just right for me, but everyone is diff.

true but you need to be more concerned with the half life of the adex. yes in total it would be lower than .25 EOD, but you dont want to wait three days and have your levels flucuate up and down like that

if you can pull em apart then id say something along the lines of what Herc said would be your best bet here

Just be lucky that you dont have 1mg caps like i do... my plan is to split the powder up into quarters and take it EOD... I dont understand why they would manufacture 1mg cap's anyway.
