    I noticed that but I think it was more like a deer in the headlights reaction. If he thinks fast he has time to get out of the way but he just froze.

    yea this was on tampa bay news the day it happened

    the guy who froze i think was said to have died and nothing was done to the driver no charges nothing

    thats like a 2 story drop with steel and a few tons of concrete falling on him
