    HEEEEELLLLLPPPP lol

Ive been at the Gym for about a month and before that i was out for 8 months due to being injured from Rugby in that 8 month period i lost just over a stone in weight and sadly that f****d my training right up so i'm now 8.8 stone and 1.70m (5.8ft) in height, my target weight is around 12 - 13 stone of muscle, so i need to bulk up.

How long do you think it will take me to reach this goal and what tips are there for gaining this amount of weight in muscle. I'm taking a supplement with my training but i want to reach this goal by august or september this year, ready for the next season.

I am willing to use Steroids in order to reach my goal, i know how bad they can be for your body but i will only use them until i reach my goal and wont abuse them in the process, i know a few people that have done this and are now sadly suffering from the abuse they did to they're bodies.

Ive looked at numerous steroids to use such as Test-E, Test prop, Anadrol 50, Deca etc ... i'am interested in anadrol 50 but i hear you lose pretty much all of your gains after stopping, also ive been told that if you use D'bol in the same quantity as Anadrol has you can expect to see the same results.

    Can anybody help me out?

    Cheers

    What are your full stats?

And you shouldn't use AAS to reach your goal. You should only consider them after you have regained your strength and weight or else you will just drop the weight when you are off.

You also need to be in the gym for more than a month. I know its frustrating. About two years ago I got Mono and lost about 20 lbs and got really fat when recovering. I wanted to go back to being as good as I was before immediately, but by doing that you are only setting yourself up for injury.

My suggestion would be to train without the help of AAS until you are back to where you were. In the meantime search the forum, read, and learn all you can about AAS. Then you will be able to consider using some gear.

I ended up taking creatine when I lost all the weight. I took a very low dose every day without cycling until I got back to my weight. I also ate a lot, but the important thing is you need to eat clean calories. I dirty bulked (ate pretty much anything under the sun) and put on a substantial amount of fat when getting my strength back.

Another helpful tip is to consume some calories (protein and fast burning carbs) during your workout. There are several workout drinks that can help you get these macros and I think it really helps. I currently use Purple Intrain and it does the trick.

Regaining muscles you've lost is usualy a lot quicker than gaining them for the first time. I'm not familiar with "stones" but you should be back on the weight you were before your injury by August / Septemeber without AAS. If you are dedicated that is.

Synergy is pretty much just creatine that they jack the price up. I would just get a cheap creatine monohydrate in powder form and mix it in your post or pre workout shake.

    8.8 stone = 123.4 pounds, a stone is 14 pounds i think.
A year's experience prior to the injury.
My nutritional understanding is not that good. I tend to eat alot of pasta meals and healthy looking foods ive started to try and eat every 2 - 3 hours per day what could i add to my diet that will help me bulk?

Should i get creatine and just a regular protein shake or weight gain? thing i heard about weight gain is that its full of sugar.
