Hey guys(and gals?), im a 6'0 215 pound 20 year old from the freezing (atleast right now) city of Calgary, Canada. I have always been an active guy (sports all my life including: lacrosse and football). I started working out seriously about 4.5 years ago just to be in shape for football and lacrosse. Little did i know i would get addicted to bodybuilding! I started really getting into the nutrition side of working out about 1.5 - 2 years ago. My first attempt at bulking was a total failure, which lead me to a cutting diet. All in all ive learned a fair amount about nutrition from trial and error haha! Im still fairly new to this whole community so i am hoping to gather as much info as i can.
