Whats up guys? It's been at least 4yrs. since I put any time in at the gym. I know I know! I do steel work now and it doesn't leave me with much gas after a 10-12hr. day. Luckily I've been able to maintain my weight and some muscle mass. That is only because I apply the same form I used in the gym to all the lifting I do at work.I also squeeze a little mma in there to. I'm 5'7 and my weight fluctuates between 178 and 190, my arms are a close 17 and I haven't measured much else cause its depressing.My lats,chest,stomach,and quads have suffered substantially. My goal this time is to harden. I don't want to drop much weight,I have enjoyed the added power in my striking and take downs. I'll keep u updated on my progress and post pics soon.
