came here for some research figure i'll get my intro out of the way - definitely have a lot of work to do- coming off a separated shoulder from Iraq so haven't hit the gym in a couple months other than cardio and some resistance bands rebuilding the shoulder..
currently sitting at 28, 5'10 179lbs
hope to learn as much as possible and get back into the game and stay healthy. Haven't done a cycle yet but am considering it after my shoulder proves healthy enough for the gains. Might as well start research now![]()
