I am running an up coming Anavar cycle and wondering if I should increase my training frequency.
I currently train 4 days a week hitting one body part a week.
I want to take full advantage of the Anavar.

keep training the same anavar isnt a powerful steroid that is going to allow you to increase your volume and frequency that much will still being able to recover properly
ya but 5 days a weeks is ez with proper diet a lone.
