    Expiered

    I have musclemilk protein powder. It expirered 6 months ago. Think its still good? Dont know if it will lose nutrients or anything?

    It may become stale or even spoiled over a period of time but if it has been stored right you'll be OK for a year+ past the date.

    Thought my only response was going to be I spelled exspired wrong. LOL. How would you know if its spoiled? Its been it my kitchen cabinet for 2 years.

    You'll know it when you mix it. It will taste and smell like its spoiled, you will know but I doubt very serious anything is wrong with it.
