I have been using a cord functional trainer for several months now. I have been on my own with it but just hired a personal trainer to come out a few times to show me different things and get me on a schedule. I also ride hours on mountain bikes frequently. To help with that I ride a stationary at home for 2 hours 3 days a week ,sometimes more. I do not want to get big but a little weight could not hurt neither would help get tone.
I am a 30 year old male. I weight in the lower 140lbs. I am a vegetarian but take supplements to get my vitamins and protein. I recently have been considering using steroids for the first time. I have access to many kinds. I was think about taking Anabol tablets (methandrostenolone.) I do not want to use needles if at all possible.
Is this something I should even consider? If so, would this be a good one to start with, and how much is a cycle. The Anabol would be 5mg tablets. Is there anything I should take with it? I am grateful for all input since it is all new to me.
