    my first cycle

    I have been using a cord functional trainer for several months now. I have been on my own with it but just hired a personal trainer to come out a few times to show me different things and get me on a schedule. I also ride hours on mountain bikes frequently. To help with that I ride a stationary at home for 2 hours 3 days a week ,sometimes more. I do not want to get big but a little weight could not hurt neither would help get tone.
    I am a 30 year old male. I weight in the lower 140lbs. I am a vegetarian but take supplements to get my vitamins and protein. I recently have been considering using steroids for the first time. I have access to many kinds. I was think about taking Anabol tablets (methandrostenolone.) I do not want to use needles if at all possible.
    Is this something I should even consider? If so, would this be a good one to start with, and how much is a cycle. The Anabol would be 5mg tablets. Is there anything I should take with it? I am grateful for all input since it is all new to me.

    Anabol only. No. And really someone your weight and size.... It won't get you toned. A good diet and a proper routine would probably yield better results. You do enough cardio obviously.... What is your bf % at?

    I am unsure my bf% I will ask the personal trainer if they can help me with that. I doubt it is too high. My lower body is in great shape. I can ride on a bike and going hiking. I easily walk 10-15 mile with a full pack in <four hours without sweat or raised heart beat. And have walked more than 100mile in a week camping. My cardio comes from the biking but have trouble getting my heart rate above 160 It seems to average in the 140s when I am straining. This is only around the 1/1/2 - 2 hour mark. I also am getting blood work and a physical from my GP just to make sure everything is good.

    I believe my diet is good. I am a vegetarian, but get enough protein through diet and drink shakes. I also take special vitamins Any tips there? (besides eating meat) I am going to up my protein intake with shakes. Anything other supplements that I should get?

    The machine I am working with is a Precor s3.23 functional trainer I really need to just get my upped body where my lower is and some different leg muscles. I am trying for core and functional training. Although I did get a bench for some specific training. I have the exercise balls to help with core trainer or stand for functional.
    After I get the personal trainer to show me some routines I figure I should wait a month than start.
    From what I have been reading I should take around 30mg of Anabol a day. Maybe 15mg in the morning and 3 times a day 5mg? Seems to have a very short half life. I use the cord system in the morning and bike at night if that make a difference.

    Would this work for someone like myself? Does this sound like a good plan? Anything I should take to prevent water retention or other side effects? What is “stacking”

    I am hoping a routine will help, that is why I am getting the trainer and waiting at least a month more like two.
