Is canned spinach just as beneficial?

So i've seen a lot of guys on here consuming spinach, as a veggie i'm assuming. Since i don't have much time during the day to cook, i was wondering whether canned spinach is just as good or maybe it is deficient of some nutrients?

i use the frozen bags of spinach for my meals

    works well enough

may be some loss of nutrients. but not to the point of making it pointless to eat

try another green, spinach is very rich in vitamin c and iron but if you eat enough fish you get plenty of carbs then your probly getting enough iron. and if you take a vitamin c supp or eating enough foods with vit C then i dont see the point wsting any more money on spinach

I don't eat food that comes in a can because it's usually packed with a ton of sodium. Check the label and compare it to steamed spinach. That's all I can say. If it's high in sodium and lower in essential nutrients, you have your answer. I doubt many guys on here eat canned veggies. Cook your food once a week and portion it out in tupperware. Just as easy as eating canned on the go.
