    Question Trying to get cut!

    So u was wanting to cut fat and maintain LBM here are my measurements since i dont know my BF% and u will post my diet idea here.

    I have a very lean upper body and hold fat around my butt and hips...



    My Diet idea

    6:30- 1 scoop whey
    24g PR

    7:00-workout

    8:00- PWO (2 or 1 scoops whey, 16 oz gatorade
    24-50g PR, 30g Carbs

    9:00- 2 whole egg, three egg whites/ 1/2 oats
    25g PR, 26g Carbs, 10g Fat

    11:30- 1 can tuna, 1 Banana
    26g Pr, 30g Carbs, 3g Fat

    2:00- MRP (myoplex eas)
    42g PR, 26g Carbs, 4g Fat

    5:00- 4oz lean meat, Apple
    30g protien, 20 g carbs, 4g fat

    7:00- 6oz Chicken, 1/2 cooked brown rice
    30-40g pr, 30g Carbs, 4g fat

    10:00- 1 cup Cottage cheese, 1 oz Mixed nuts
    26g pr, 11g carbs, 18g fat

    220g Protien, 173g, carbs, 40g fat
    total calories 1932
