Im starting a 12 week diet to lose weigth and I want to know if I it a good one for me. Im a 176pounds 5'9'' 20 years old boy with approximativly 20% BF . I also need some other exemple of lean protein meal to replace the chicken breast and extra lean beef because its a little bit long to eat same things 12 week. Take in note that im also taking some omega 3 in pills and my protein shake is a whey protein.
Meal 1- 1/2 cup oatmeal +1eggs + 6 egg white
Meal 2- two scoop protein shake
Meal 3- chicken breast + veggies
Meal 4-pre workout (2 scoop of protein shake +glutamine +creatine+nitro oxyde)
Meal 5- post workout(2scoop of protein + glutamine) + apple
Meal 6- lean beef + veggies+ 1/2 cup brown rice
Meal 7- 1 scoop protein shake
it give approx 300 grams of protein 130 grams of
carbs and 50 grams of fat
