    Made some adjustments, Please critique

    Hi guys

    I've been reading through all the threads and they've been a massive help for me in getting my diet up together. I've now made some adjustments to my diet and I would really appreciate if someone could read through and critique it.

    My aim is to gain as much lean muscle mass as possibe and possibly reduce bf%

    I will be doing a cycle that will consist of 4weeks of diananol/12weeks of test E. it will be starting in about 5 weeks.

    Stats:
    Age 24
    Height 6 foot
    Weight 190 lb
    bf 18%
    BMR 1899.3
    TDEE 3276.3
    /
    Cals/Pro/Carbs/Fat

    Meal 1: 6 whole eggs and half scoop of whey (just for flavouring with eggs) and 1/2 cup of oats and 200ml skimmed milk and 1tsp of splenda
    1050/62/65/32

    Meal2: 7oz chicken breast and 1oz of almonds
    483/66/7/22

    Meal 3: 7oz chicken breast and 1/2 cup of oats and 200ml skimmed milk and 1tsp of splenda
    910/80/62/22

    Meal 4: Whey Protein Shake
    240/50/6/2

    Meal 5:Pre W/O 7oz salmon/chicken breast and 3/4 cup of oats and 1tsp of splenda
    1040/87/85/15

    Meal 6: Post W/O Whey Protein Shake and 1 cup of oats and 1tsp of splenda
    1100/76/100/12

    Meal 7: 7oz lean beef steak and salad/broccoli
    475/43/13/17

    Total Cals 5398/ Pro 464/ Carbs 338/ Fat 122

    Cardio will be 2 sessions weekly 45mins each
    Weights sessions are intense and are 4 days a week

    Meals 5 and 6 are also with 200ml of skimmed milk

    Bro, i think u have some of ur Macro break downs wronge, check them out again.

    1 Cup of oats to me is 100g = 60g Carbs

    Dunno how ur getting 87g of potein out of 7oz salmon m8.

    cals and macros are way off on all but meal 4----not only is that not 5000cals it aint even 4000 cals

    take meal 6 for example--if thats 2 sc whey--240 cals 1 cup oats 300 cals--thats 540 cals not 1100 unless 200ml of skim milk is 500 cals---which maybe it is, i dont know how much a ml is

    with semi skim milk its 100ml = 49 cals so pretty much half the cals to mls
