    Chocolate!!!! Nutella!!!

Is chocolate good or bad for dieting?

How does it release its energy?

I am talking bout dark chocolate like 70-85% pure!

Is it true that nutella releases its energy slowly?

I know it contains nuts n a lil choc!

Chocolate contains Theobromine amonst otha stimulants.

    Respect

Nutella is the food of the devil. Once I start a pot I have to finish it. Haha

Nutella is INSANELY good, but dude - Nutella and any chocolate in general is not for dieting, unfortunately.

    Try dark chocolate 90% pure.
Forget Nutella if you want to diet while it is a great compound, IMO, to bulk.

You can make it yourself if you want an acceptable diet sweet. Puree roasted hazelnuts with and melted unsweetened baker's chocolate, slowly add macadamia nut oil (just enough to create the right texture). Add splenda till sweet enough. It's still not chicken breast but in moderation it won't derail your diet.

These are the carb values from Green and Blacks 85% dark choc!

These are the carb values for 100g bar and 35g bar respecively:

    15.7g and 5.5g.

    Are these good or bad?

I cannot get the nutritional info for Lindhts 99% dark choc!

    Bro.

    It is not a total....

The larger number is for 100g bar n the smaller for 35g bar!
