    The word is to do a cycle of two weeks on and 2 weeks off, but I'm still concerned about safety. Would it be safer to use if I did 1 week on followed by 3 weeks off?

    How much did your blood pressure increase when you took it?

    Taking a dose immediately before working out is unwise, that much I figured out for myself. When do you take it in relation to your workout time, meaning do you have to avoid taking it within 4 hours before or after your workout or something like that?

    I usually take it in the morning as soon as I wake up. You could use it about 2 hours before your workout. Supposedly it makes you a bit stronger, but idk about that. I like to just take it when I wake up so i can take it around the same time everyday

    2weeks on n 2 weeks off should be fine, i didnt measure my bp, but i didnt notce anything going wrong at all when i took it and i was taking 200mcg a day at the end of my 2 week cycles. (I wouldnt go up thathigh though) most will only go to 120, which would probably be fine for you also.
