well firstly, you should drop that bodyfat naturally before jumpin on the juice
secondly, you can't avoid pins. If you can't handle them then you shouldn't be using steroids
If this is your first cycle then, after you cut your bodyfat natty, you should do test e at 500mg/wk
Agreed cutting and putting on muscle at the same time isn't going to happen as easy as you think.
You need to choose one goal and in this case cutting. Then once that is over focus on building muscle and start a cycle that will help such as the one suggested
I gt a lot of mixed info...I'm told by some that a cycle of winny or dbol would cut tons of fat off me and help with good gains. Others say what you guys say that the fat won't really come off without me cutting it before and then consider a cycle.
Dbol for cutting? I don`t think so, either way winny doesnt burn fat either. Diet and cardio is the ley!
You can use AAS to cut or to add muscle...The former, you are restricting calories and will not lose muscle in the process.
In the latter, you are utilizing surplus calories from macronutrients to create a greater nitrogen balance to gain muscle and minimize fat gain.
I'd suggest you check out the profiles of different compounds and read up about what other members suggest since your perception of orals isn't quite right.
Lastly, you will be more prone to side effects at the bodyfat you sit at now if you hop on anything...Minimize the chances for that by being leaner when you begin.
Winny would not be a good add for you and the sport your in. With your weight and size and the stuff you will be doing with mma with be very harsh on your joints!
Cutting at 278 I've dun it. but I'm 6ft5. Should be lean and big at 250 255.
I like to swim laps and run in the pool. Us big tall fkrs need to stretch out and it great for joint and tendon recovery from rollin. Don't shoot winny I still have a big ass knot in my shoulder its been 3 days. I'm rollin friday hope it doesn't hurt.
What AAS do you suggest?
None. Eat right and do cardio...if you have a few hundred calorie deficit, and are doing the training you do already, coupled with some AM cardio, you can shed that fat very quickly. There is a difference of 14lbs between 15-20%. I'd get a more accurate measurement, or take some pics. It'd help those trying to give you advice here.
