4-5oz of Steak or Chicken
1 scoop of Whey preteindrop it
about 1/2 cup of carrotsdrop it--add 1/2 cup oats

Meal 6 (Post Workout): 63/63/6
1 scoops of whey protein
4-5 oz of chicken or steak
4 or 5 Rice Cakesdrop em add 3/4 cup oats or 1 sweet potato

Meal 7 (before Bed): 24/3/1
1 scoop of Casein Proteinadd 2 tbsp natty pb
Total: 288 p/220 c/48 f
Does my diet need any tweaking? its about 2700-2800 calories
Also I did cardio a couple time right when i wake up on empty stomach, but i read that i shouldnt do cardio on empty stomach right when i wake up. So now ill drink a shake with oatmeal and do my 20-30 min cardio every other day when i wake up.
