I'm doing a cycle to bulk and I just want to make sure my diet that iv been using is ok. I'm getting good gains from it but if any1 can giv any advice that wouldimprove it let me know. Thanks
All this food is weighed after cooking and by protein source I mean either chicken, kangaroo, tuna or beef meat...
Meal 1:
8 eggs, 3 whole with two pieces wholegrain or 150 oats
Then 4 Fish oil
Then Protein shake - 40 grams Total Science Whey Protein
- 5 grams Glutamine
- 5 grams BCAA
Meal 2:- 2-2.5 hrs later and from then on-
200g tuna
300g of rice or sweet potato
100g veggies
3 fish oil
Meal 3,
150-200g of protein source (food weight)
300g-400g Veg
4 fish oil
Meal 4
150-200g of protein source (food weight)
300g Veg
200 Sweet Potato
4 fish oil
Meal 5 (1 hr before gym)
200g tuna
300g of rice or sweet potato
100g veggies
3 fish oil
During Gym Shake (all total science brand)
- 5 grams glutamine
- 5 grams bcaa
- 5 grams creatine
- 15 grams gatarode powder for flavor
Post Gym Shake (all total science brand)
- 40 grams slow release WPI protein
- 5 grams glutamine
- 10 grams bcaa
- 5 grams creatine
Meal 6 (after gym)
200g tuna
300g of rice or sweet potato
100g veggies
3 fish oil
Meal 7 (before bed)
150-200g of protein source (food weight)
300g-400g Veg
4 fish oil
I snack on almonds in between meals.
