anavar and wintroll only oral cycle?

My friend wants to only do a anavar and winstral oral cycle. I told him this is bad for many resons. Obviusly liver, And I know anavar needs to be taken with test bc it shuts your production down, dut does not produce any. Is this the same with Win?

Am i right or wrong that this is an unadvised cycle. He says he does not want test bc e looked bloated on it last summer.

Anavar is less harsh than winstrol but still test is a good plan in all cycles.
