Everyone is a little different but everyone I know, including myself, gained a lot more weight by week 4 and huge strength increases. I am on a much weaker cycle then you also. However I'm currently on sust which kicks in faster but only 500mg/week and I'm only pinning twice a week instead of eod like I should. I posted my week 4 results if you'd like to compare search it.
I think you will blow up if you get your diet figured out. I'm working on mine every day. I was having trouble gaining weight after week 3 and I took some advise from Fireguy in the diet section. Now I back on track and gaining again. Weight and especially strength. I just put up 355 on bench yesterday and I only weigh 203. If everything keeps going this way I should be able to bench 390-400 by the end of my cycle. Oh and very little to no bloat and bf.
If by next week you don't see better gains then I say revamp diet but let it kick in first.
