170lbs (have gained 15lbs and do a LOT of cardio to combat the water retention)
diet is in check after a few weeks of trial and error and in the beginning (usually 250g protein and 250g carbs 30-35g fat per day)
deca 300/test e 250
was thinking about adding in winnie from weeks 10-16 and stopping use of deca at week 10? any comments on this???
