    Your favorite source of carbs

For those of you "on" cycle what is your favorite source of simple and complex carbs?

Reason I ask is because everyone is different so I think I can get some good answers if you all reply.

And yes I've searched and found list after list of good sources of carbs.

I want to see what "YOU" use while on cycle.

Right now I just have nuts, oatmeal, brown rice and whole grain wheat bread that has 6g of protein per slice

I like to make my Quinoa with chicken stock and a lot of sauteed veggies kinda like Moroccan couscous. Man, it's good!

really, whole wheat pancakes? Doesnt that fill you up?

Brown rice and black beans dont really fill me up for the amount that I can eat.

Now this isnt a carb but chicken breast keeps me full for hours even if its only an 8oz piece

Im trying to find foods I can eat and not feel full from so I can get my calories up.

Quaker Brown Rice cakes. I always get them because I feel like it's a low-cal way to bump my carb intake on the weekends. Meanwhile, over the course of a 90 minute movie I can eat like 15 of them and not even notice I've just consumed 700 cals and 100g of carbs lol.

They fill me up but they're delicious with banana in them, I could easily eat two servings with one serving netting me 100+ carbs. For now I just split the one serving up into two meals, maybe a breakfast and pwo..
