I have lifted all my life on and off. One year ago weight was 293. The cycle I just finish gave me great results. I would like some advice on second [/U]cycle[/U]. my goals are to get to 10% bf and and put on some more muscle mass. I do cardo 30min. in the morning. weight work about 45 min. in after noon and follow 20 more min. of cardo.
