exactly WHEN and HOW should nolva be taken DURING your cycle? thanks

Oh sorry, just a cycle of Test E at 500mg a week, over 14 weeks

Most commonly dose for nolva is 40/20/20/20

If you have gyno syptoms, nolva can be taken to block the estrogen receptor sites in breast tissue. It isn't needed if no gyno is evident. If I were reacting to gyno, I would dose 20mg ED until the syptoms subsided, and then cut the dose in half the remainder of the cycle to avoid anymore gyno.

If you find you are gyno prone, you could use arimidex at the start of the cycle at .25mg EOD. Arimidex is a armotase inhibitor. It will keep the test from converting into estrogen. This is what ultimately causes the gyno.
