    Cutting Diet on Cycle

    A few questions regarding diet and training on a cycle

    1. Should I alter training at all? Reps/sets/intensity
    2. How much under maintenance cals? Without losing muscle mass & strength
    3. Any difference if I do low carb, moderate fat, high protein or low fat, moderate carb, high protein?
    4. Best compounds to facilitate losing bodyfat and at the very least maintaining strength & muscle mass, if possible increasing strength & muscle mass? Test and Trenabol or test and equipoise
    5. How long is it advised to eat under maintenance before refeed or maintenance?

    1. No, not imo. How you gained the muscle will help you keep it while cutting. And higher reps won't necessarily help you loose fat.

    2. I prefer to keep cals at maintenance when cutting, and use cardio to create a caloric deficiency. Then, when fat loss stalls, you can always drop some cals.

    3. Depends what you respond better to.

    4. I don't think anyone needs a lot of compounds for cutting. Imo, best thing for a cutting cycle is a simple prop cycle. It will help preserve muscle while you use diet and cardio to shed the fat.

    5. Depends how far under maintenance you're eating
