    help me build a cutting diet

    Current stats
    29yrs old
    mesomorph
    5'7
    165lbs
    12.3% body fat, via skin calipers
    I know I am carb-sensitive
    never done a cycle of anything

    I want to get down to 7-8% body fat, 155-160lbs

    Welcome! You would be better off posting your current diet (BE HONEST) along with macros for each meal and then let the guys help tweak it from there. We need to know how you eat now.

    Also if you don't already know it, post up your BMR and TDEE so we have an idea of your caloric needs to drop bodyfat.

    spinach
    oats 1/2 cup
    1tablespoon of peanut butter

    #2
    chicken breast 1
    whole eggs 2
    broccoli

    #3
    tilapia 1
    brown rice 1/2 cup
    broccoli

    #4 post workout
    whey isolate protein powder 2 scoops
    oats, don't really measure it out, just kinda mix it in with powder

    #5
    lean ground turkey
    spinach

    #6 before bed
    fish
    fish oil, 1 tablespoon

    We need to see either macros or amounts of the foods.

    this is my current cutting diet that some of the guys here have helped me tweek, im 180-185Lbs 15%ish BF

    07.30 - 0.75 cup oats, 4 whole eggs, 4 egg whites

    10.00 - 1 Cup Rice, 8oz Chicken breast

    13.00 - 1 Cup Rice, 8oz Chicken breast

    16.00 - 1 Cup Rice, 8oz Chicken breast

    20.00 - PWO - 60g Whey, 500ml 1% Fat Milk

    21.00 - 2 Cups Brocoli heads, 8oz Chicken breast

    22.00 - 8oz Lean Mince Beef Patty
