Welcome! You would be better off posting your current diet (BE HONEST) along with macros for each meal and then let the guys help tweak it from there. We need to know how you eat now.
Also if you don't already know it, post up your BMR and TDEE so we have an idea of your caloric needs to drop bodyfat.

this is my current cutting diet that some of the guys here have helped me tweek, im 180-185Lbs 15%ish BF
07.30 - 0.75 cup oats, 4 whole eggs, 4 egg whites
10.00 - 1 Cup Rice, 8oz Chicken breast
13.00 - 1 Cup Rice, 8oz Chicken breast
16.00 - 1 Cup Rice, 8oz Chicken breast
20.00 - PWO - 60g Whey, 500ml 1% Fat Milk
21.00 - 2 Cups Brocoli heads, 8oz Chicken breast
22.00 - 8oz Lean Mince Beef Patty
