    Mass Gaining Shake

    Ok,

    2 scoops vanilla ice cream
    3-4tbsp of peanut butter
    1 banana
    2 tsp flax seed oil
    2 scoops of Casein Protein (48g protein)
    however much vitamin d milk it takes to make it look and taste good.

    I made this lastnight and it was actually really good. What do you all think about using this for my bedtime shake to last me through the night lol?

    LOL im sure this would taste good, but how many simple carbs do u want b4 bed?

    I would drop the ice cream and bannana, bet it wudnt taste as nice then

    they got oreo blizzards at dairy queen that taste pretty good too

    how about half a banana and SUGAR FREE ice cream with some splenda?

    Agreed.

    I'd drop all the simple carbs and add some oats if you need carbs at all.

    I'm out of casein at the moment, but I used to have 2 scoops with 10g BCAA's and EVOO. Flavour it with Nesquick.

    its ok guys its fat free ice cream im in the clear. lol jk, but for real that thing tasted amazing. I might decide to switch out the casein and go with whey protein and make that my new breakfast shake before school and everything since I'm kinda on the run. The main reason i mixed this bad boy up was to have a good way to add in some extra calories to my diet. But now im thinking i'll take this in the morning instead. You all think that would be a good start to the day? Lol a ton of calories carbs and protein
