Do this
DIET: u need roughly 2000 calories a day for your weight
45/35/20 ratio of carbs/protien/fat
carbs total for day shoul be around 230-250
protien total for day around 180-195
fat per day around 46-50
eat every two or three hours. close to 6 meals a day
per meal u need roughly 50g carbs,32g protien, 8g fat
IMPORTANT: Carbs need to be mostly complex low GI, after 6 cut carbs
also eat veggies, and if you eart fruit eat it early in the day
DO EXACTLY THAT FOR YOUR DIET
EXERCISE
Just run or jog as soon as u wake up on an empty stomach
