    Interesting question for the pro's

    So I had a previous thread that wasn't as informative as I would have liked it to be. So im going to give some hypothetic stats. 20 years old, 6ft1 190lbs. zero workout experience.

    my goal: Blow up as quick as possible.

    of course the pros are going to talk about joining the gym and eating protein and im willing to do that stuff since I have more time on my hands but I want to blow up at a very fast rate.

    What most pros are gunna say: steroids + 20 year old + 0 workout experience = one big f'ing lol.

    so lets say I make a workout schedule and after about two weeks of my first workout routine, I start cycling. I have access to all test, dbol, all the trens and most pct's especially nolva.

    Steroids are not exactly my top choice for blowing up but I want to do it and if I have to do roids at 20 years old im fine with that.

    Questions: what makes a 20 year old with no workout experience different from a 30 year old with no workout experience in terms of AAS. and
    Any tips on how to get big quick? im all ears.

    At 20yrs old, you are still producing large amounts of natural testosterone, at 30, your levels are past peaking. Nobody with any common sense would tell someone who is 30 with no training exp or good diet to start using AAS.

    I would tell someone who is 30 with the same stats ( + no training exp and no diet) as a 20 year old the same thing, no AAS, and start training and get a good diet going for a few years before you even consider doing any steroids.

    although my blow up quick question wasnt answered I still appreciate your informative answer. The real question is I want to do a single cycle of tren (possible by itself since at 20 i should be producing enough testerone to match the tren sides) and im finding some backup info before even ask tren stuff.

    My answer to you would be, dont do any steroids. Tren is not recommended to anyone who doesnt have some decent cycle exp.

    You need to get a good diet and training regimen going. You are not going to 'blow up quick'. It doesnt work that way, and if you think it does, you have much to learn about AAS. Steroids are not magic pills or injections, you cant just take them and then expect to be big.

    There is no such thing as blowing up quick.Steroids aren't magical.Eating a lot and hard work will BLOW you up.Especially as young as you are.

    You can't blow up quick, from 0 to 100% it dosen't work,

    your body composition is more then just muscles,

    so since were talking hypothetic instances,

    so let's say your bench is 40lbs per arm, so your muscles can lift up to 40lbs, and let's say your tendons are able to uphold 60lbs of pressure ?

    now let's say you decide to go on this lovely "I blow up 100 miles per hour cycle"

    so now you've been training and eating amazing training perfectly, but your bench is now 80 lbs per arm, and boom your tendons can't handle it, now what happends? your injuried, your gonna have issues in the futur in working out, might even need surgery, your gonna be smaller then when you started,

    and you have the opportunity to have the lovely sides of having low test at 20 years old,

    so the option is to you, and also I wouldn't recommend tren alone because your gonna be shutting down your normal test pretty hard.

    and also a 30 years old isn't more advisable to use steroids with 0 experience, actually anyone who is somewhat knowledgeable will tell you its highly not recommended.

    I see, my goal wasnt exactly to hop on aas immediatly. Now I talked to a guy who is huge and he said the key to working out and getting big is eating alot, like bullnutz said, and working out. This guy is all natural (or at least claims to be) and he eats 8 times a day, with stuff including steak so he puts in calories well into the thousands. how would that get you big? Even if your working out how can you burn thousands of calories. to me (unexperienced person), that would seem like an equation to skyrocket your cholesterol as well as body fat.

    Slowley bump your calorie intake to your tdee. Once you get your calorie intake under controll, and have your weight under control. Meanwhyle, Start compound exercizes with propper form for 2 years. Diet down to 10-15%. Then start doing some shapeing exercises. And see what kind of genetics your made of..
    You don't need aas, u need to see what ure made of. My 02. Best luck

    no fvcking doubt. just because you can get test and all the trens lol doesnt mean you are ready for them.

    i can get crack but im not ready for that either.

    at least you had the sense to come on here and ask. do NOT think about steroids at all at this stage. you seem to have a good frame. keep working on it by eating properly and actually lifting a weight or 2
