i don't think slowing metabolism is going to make you gain muscle, maybe fat. protein is the main if not the only nutrient that will feed your muscles.
Don't try to fight your bodies own natural rhythm like that, it is a loosing battle. better to work with what you have got
Not eating will most probably slow down yor metabolism but you will become highlyy catabolic and loose muscle, bad idea mate
you gotta eat to gain bro, if you CAN'T get a meal in it's not a bad idea to slam a shake as soon as you wake up

thats not to smart, cant gain if u dont eat, i was just asking a question outta curiousity... the way someone explained it to me would not to eat for the first hour of your day and it will slow down ur metabolism, but that is wrong....When you wake up in the morning your body is starving for nutrients ..
