So i was thinking of doing a basic cycle of Test-E @ 500mg/wk taking it every 3rd day for a total of 16 weeks. I've got Clomid and Nolvadex for my PCT, but am unsure of the best dosage for it and when to start taking it.

I dont know about every 3rd day. Id do it twice a week like most people do. Your dosing is good but id bring the duration down to 12 weeks.
