So here is to a new me...

First off, I am not, will not, wont be, cant be, shouldn't be, and ABSOLUTELY will not be on AAS for a very long time due to A) my age B) my nowhere near potential natural limits and C) my inability to stay dedicated 100% of the time. Also, yes I have been a member on here for a long time as I enjoyed the diet and workout sections far more than any other site.

Now that I have informed you all of that, I will post my stats. (Yes, I am very skinny, but I am tired of it)

    6'2
    160 pounds. :l
    8%bf.
    20yearsold.
    Workout Experience.... 2 months haha.

Alright, I have never been one to hit the gym very often because being skinny I always felt intimidated. However, just recently I found a gym that is literally the equivalent of the original Golds Gym in Pumping Iron. I started hitting it hard about a 2months ago.

Diet wise, I straightened it up about January. Lean meats, nothing but natural juices, skim milk, lots of water, fish, no condiments, tuna, chicken, vegetables. This in general was hard at first but now it is my lifestyle. Here is my current diet. (I started at 140 pounds in January btw)

    Meal One
9 egg whites and 1 whole egg
    Glass of Skim Milk

    Meal Two
    10oz London Broil Steak
1/2cup oats mixed in skim milk.

    Meal Three
    10oz Tilapia Fish

    Meal Four
    10 oz Chicken Breast
    1/2 cup oats

    Meal Five
    10oz London Broil
    Form of Veggies

    Meal Six
    2cans of Tuna (no condiments)
    Skim Milk

    Meal Seven
    10oz Chicken Breast

50gram Protein Shake Before Bed, Immediately after I wake up and after workout, and 24 gram shake in the middle of the night. (I dont sleep well anyway)

Also I Carry a Gallon of Water with me everywhere and typically finish it off inbetween my sixth and seventh meal.

Just wanted to see what you guys thought. I have learned a lot, especially after watching the videos in the Stickies a million times, and that in order to be big you gotta eat big (but clean) Thanks for any advice! You guys have truly helped inspire me into a new lifestyle, one that I believe I will never leave.
