    My PWO meal

    Alright so a thread ago someone told me my PWO meal sucked. Here's what it looked like...

    10PM GYM

    12:00AM PWO Meal:Whey Isolate Protein, 5g Fish Oil


    Now it looks like this.

    10PM GYM

    12:00AM PWO Meal: Whey Isolate Protein
    12:30AM:PWO Meal cont'd:8oz chicken w/2 cups of spinach, 4g fish oil

    Better?

    You could throw in some egg whites, and two plops of natty pb in your protein shake, it would help. For the past two months I have been without a whey protein powder, I've substituted my pwo whey shakes with big ass meals, and I've seen my best gains ever. Just a thought.

    Also, pwo nutrition is important. But you want to make sure your pre-workout nutrition is good too, it is just as important.

    Oh yea no doubt. My pre-workout meal is solid. An hour b4 the gym i'll down 8 oz of tilapia or chicken with a cup of green beans. As far as the egg whites and natty pb with my shake...wouldnt that be overkill with the protein? I mean the shake has 50g per serving and then i'll let 20-25 mins pass and then i'll have a whole food meal jux in time for the whey to pass through my body.

    what ur doing now is good---id add udos or more fish oil

    i mean ur really not gettin an energy source--so id add pb or do like 13gr of fish oil or tbsp of udos or something
