Here's a bit about me...
I'm 27, in the past year and a half ive lost almost 140 pounds. Went from 360 to 223, and back to 256, without adding any fat... due to strict clean dieting, intense weight lifting, and cardio...
I'm very happy with my results, but Due to the fact that I used to be so large, I still have a belly that i want to get rid of...
So heres my diet...
5am... 2 eggs, 5 egg whites, and 1 cup of oatmeal.
7:30-8am...2 pieces of natures own whole wheat bread, and 6 ounces of low sodium oven roasted chicken breast.
10:30-11am... 8-10 ounces of top sirloin, 1 sweet potatoe.
1:30-2pm...1 whole hard boiled egg, 3 boiled eggs minus yolk, 4 ounces of oven roasted chicken breast, 2 packets of Quaker regular instant oats (instant only because at work i dont have time for rolled oats, and I like oatmeal so I want it at this time of day lol )
5pm- pre workout...1 large Apple, 1 scoop of myofusion with 2.5 grams of arginine powder added, and 1 N.O explode NT packet...
7-7:30pm- post workout...1 packet of cell mass NT, 15 minutes later 2 scoops of myofusion, with 2.5 grams of arginine powder added.
8:30pm... 8-10 ounces of chicken breast, 1sweet potatoe.
10pm...2 scoops of myofusion, 1 tbsp of smart balance peanut butter...
Around 3320 calories...
About 375 grams of protein, 250 grams of carbs, 80-85 grams of fat...
The goal is to build lean mass and burn body fat.
My job is pretty demanding so I have to eat quick meals when im at work, and that makes it hard for me to eat the diet foods i want when im eating 6 of my meals a day from a lunch box, and don't have a garaunteed microwave. I prepare all of my food, the night before.
I take fish oil with 4 meals a day, and take the animal pak in the morning. And post workout...
The reason for the top sirloin mid day is because I have a very physical job, I sling around 50-100 pound bags of coal for 10 hours a day. So the fat helps with energy...
I'm extremely dedicated to this lifestyle and will consider any advice...
Feel free to criticize and please explain any criticism...
Thank you...
