    training advice

Hey ws on other day needing some help with cuting in a bit during a cycle.
anyway a unexpected holiday popped up and im going to slightly decrease the carbs to trim in a bit and was hoping to up cardio quite a bit
but ive unfortunetly broke my tibia (hinders cardio lol)
been thinking off upping training like morning session heavy and going back at night prob after a sleep and doing some burnouts? just to try shape up a bit more?

    any ideas?

recover from ur broken leg first while doing so get diet squared away. aas can retard the healing process it is nowhere in the future for u unless u want to screw urself. recover first and get back to 100% so u do not waste ur money

    im already mid course mate

only found out i was going on holiday to la last week so started doing alittle extra cardio and my diet is fine id expect to put alittle beef of during a cycle tbh but now i have broken leg im just going to pound the upper body but wanna do something extra too trim in slightly
ive not got any amazing expectations for shape when im away now im injured but i think the extra training will help?
plus ill juat tapper away the carbs ever so slightly and see how that does too

aas r not the magical pill/inject. ur body needs to heal, let it do so. ass are not going away any time soon. do some homework and learn so u benefit from ur decision. do not be a dumbass and think u know what u need to know

what you on about buddy i know all about aas mate like i said already on course before the leg broke

never said they were magic pill
i know body needs time to heal
my question was would i benefit from a little more upper body exercise to burn off a little more FAT!!

i know the answer to this question if i wasnt on course but im on course and recovery is much faster ie muscle recovery from a workout.

what from the above statements give you the guy who only a short time ago came on asking about a first course and only other decent thread has been about fighting
just what guys like us need is some1 pointing or making convo about violence!

and had a little look at your back workout problem your doing pull ups and close grip pull down you need to go little wider to get your back a little wider

What is the answer you want so I can make you happy? I am not a aas pro but I work in the medical field. Recover from ur injury and take ur time. If u know aas as u say u will understand what i am saying. i mean no disrespect brother just tryin to help

Yeah man but im already on the course you know made good gains
    dont wanna lose them

i know your trying to help but you know how it is when your injured you dont wanna rest and the way i see it is if i rest my leg i can train upper body

just thought the extra training would burn more cals and take away the few % i need to shape up

btw on your back workout thread tbar rows are real good for thickess if you hold the end position briefely then lower adds a little more omf in there
