Looks pretty good to me. What changes if any would you guys make? Also do you all prefer to have a steak meal post-workout? rather pre-workout?1. steak, egg whites, white rice
2. chicken breasts, turkey burger, white rice
3. chicken beasts, egg whites, large green salad
4. steak, sweet potatoes
5. salmon, oatmeal with blueberries, cup of corn
6. shake 40 grams of protein, cup cashews, or walnuts or avocado
7. steak, mixed vegetables
